I bought non-stick stainless steel pans from Assaf Granite. The three pans are damaged, they all have a lot of stick peeling off right into our food. I brought all the proofs that the pans were bought in Naaman, except for the invoice that no longer exists. They did not take responsibility and did not replace the products (which are not cheap, I must say) so I paid proper money and got stuck with products from Ali Express. They admitted that their pans, that they were defective but agreed with your problem. No invoice. Do not buy in Naaman!! Terrible service from the entire network. WhatsApp customer service does not call at all. I went to the store itself!!

Horrible service... You can't even call it service. I waited for 10 minutes for help, and they didn't even answer my question... I was disappointed and left the store...

The Naaman store in the Hadera mall is a large store, with a wide variety of quality products. It is not cheap, but compared to going to a boutique, the prices are relatively reasonable. Great service.
